  • A shuttle service from the Division of Motor Vehicles, 2300 W. Broad St., to The Diamond will be provided starting at 4 p.m.

Due to the high volume of vehicles and pedestrians at these events, parking will not be allowed on medians, bridges, or the side of roadways. There will be several areas where no-parking signs will be posted. Parking violations will be strictly enforced and vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Police officers will be directing traffic at major intersections. Please drive carefully and watch out for pedestrians.

All of these traffic patterns are available on the Richmond Police Web site at www.richmondgov.com/police.
