Richmond, VA - Richmond.com's dating column "A Shot in the Dark" is pulling out the big guns for the first of many "single mingles" to come. September 28th, 2007 marks the date and party time is from 6pm-9pm. The "Shot in the Dark social" will take place at BlackFinn Restaurant and Saloon on Richmond's new River Front district.

The "Shot in the Dark" column has been a Richmond.com staple since its first article in 2005. The column adds an interactive aspect to the website, and generates over 5,000 pages views a month! "The ‘Shot in the Dark social' is going to be a great event; any opportunity where single professionals can mix and mingle is bound to have endless possibilities", says Lauren Foster, Marketing Manager for Richmond.com.
