Sometimes changes are so small that you have to ask yourself if change really happened at all.
Take this week for example. At Richmond.com, we're constantly talking about changes that are going to be made. One of those things was the font size. Even though I knew it was coming, I initially kept saying to myself that something looked different on our site the other day. Since I was on a different computer than what I'm used to, I didn't think about it too hard until I checked it at home.
That being said, did you know that Richmond.com increased the font size? Like before, there are three different font size options – just look in the upper right hand corner of any page and you'll see three little A's. The biggest difference now is that the default font size is set on the middle A. If you want the text size to be smaller, click on the far left A; if you want it to be larger, click on the far right A. (Click here to access the debut of this column where I discussed changing the font size.)
Also new this week is the ability to read more stories without clicking around so much. If you scroll all the way to the bottom of this story, past the Comments section, you'll see "More Articles on the Viewpoints Channel." This section features four of the most recent stories of this section of the Web site.
