In response to "Ask The Mayor"

I just saw your mayor on Face the Nation and he had the nerve to say that we white moderate Democrats are part of some right wing conspiracy and that's why we are voting for Hillary Clinton. I want to inform you mayor, that I am a moderate Democrat and I voted and will vote for Hillary Clinton because she is the best candidate, not because she's white, a woman or anything else you can dream up! So, are the blacks voting for Obama because of some Black Panther conspiracy? That's about as foolish as what you said! If you sir don't know what you are talking about then you sir should just sit down or you may be out of a job when your re-election comes around and it won't be that "right wing conspiracy" at work against you!

In response to "Going Flat in Chesterfield?"

Thanks for pointing out that Chesterfield County has enjoyed double digit increases in revenue the past years. My real estate tax bill has gone up 30 percent alone in the last three years. If I knew I was getting a 10 percent raise at work each year, I'd be overjoyed. This 10 percent is not inclusive, of course, of all the new proffers and real estate taxes Chesterfield County has enjoyed from all the new overgrowth the last several years. They should have used the windfall the last few years to upgrade schools and get trailers off the grounds. Now, they're facing a 'slim' budget. Nothing again but lack of appropriate planning and too much fluff.

In response to "Meet the Candidates"

Dwight C. Jones is an extraordinary leader. He has for the past 14 years done a tremendous job leading the 70th District in the House of Delegates, which represents portions of the Richmond community. Dwight has led the Southside of Richmond in major economic revitalization projects that have provided jobs for persons in that community. I am excited that we have a choice of candidates. Confused about all of the current candidates and their chances, except for D.C. Jones.
