Public Notice The Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County, on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 beginning at 6:00 p.m., subject to the NOTICE below, in the Public Meeting Room at 10001 Iron Bridge Road, Chesterfield, Virginia, will consider the following requests. NOTICE: Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus health emergency, the meeting may proceed under modified procedures. The meeting may take place (i) with Board members, staff, applicants and citizens present at the Public Meeting Room subject to masking and social distancing requirements or (ii) at a different location or (iii) entirely by electronic and remote means without persons physically present in the same room. Access to the Public Meeting Room may be severely restricted or even eliminated, depending on the prevailing circumstances on the day of the meeting. The above procedures are subject to change depending on the advice of health officials, so for up-to-date information, citizens are encouraged to contact the County no later than 5 pm on January 26, 2021 PRIOR to coming to the Public Meeting Room by calling 804-748-1050 or visiting www.chesterfield.gov/plan. Citizens may also use the on-line comment form at www.chesterfield.gov/BOScomments (to be activated on January 20, 2021) or by calling 804-748-1808.
