TAKE NOTICE Take notice that the Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County, Virginia, at an adjourned meeting on October 27, 2021, at 6 p.m., subject to the NOTICE below, in the Public Meeting Room at 10001 Iron Bridge Road, Chesterfield, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on the following: Request to vacate a portion of a 10' easement within Cloverhill Estates Subdivision. Information regarding the proposed easement is on file in the Real Property Office in Chesterfield County, Virginia, and may be examined by all interested parties between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. NOTICE: Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus health emergency, the meeting may proceed under modified procedures. The meeting may take place (i) with Board members, staff, applicants and citizens present at the Public Meeting Room subject to masking and social distancing requirements or (ii) at a different location or (iii) entirely by electronic and remote means without persons physically present in the same room. Access to the Public Meeting Room may be severely restricted or even eliminated, depending on the prevailing circumstances on the day of the meeting. Although the Board of Supervisors will endeavor to accept such comments up to the start of the meeting, citizens are encouraged to submit comments no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 26, 2021 to ensure that the comments are provided to the Board of Supervisors prior to the meeting for their consideration.
