Box 40 Chesterfield, VA 23832 (804)748-1500 The purpose of this Notice is to correct information contained in a Finding of No Significant Impact and Request for Release of Funds (FONSI/RROF) notice published by the county of Chesterfield Virginia, in this newspaper, on November 20, 2021. The Notice concerned a proposed ten-house new construction project that intends to build ten houses in a new five-acre (5.02-acre) subdivision and will be called Ettrick Landing at 3901 Dupuy Road, South Chesterfield, VA 23803. The project will be funded in part through Chesterfield's CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) entitlement grant and its HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) entitlement grant. In the initial Notice the email address for Objections to HUD on the project should have read As a result, Chesterfield County will extend its public comment period for a fifteen (15) day locality comment period, following the date this correction appears in this newspaper. After the locality Comment Period expires and Chesterfield County submits its environmental certification approval request to the HUD Richmond Field Office - Community Planning and Development Division, the fifteen (15) day HUD Objection Period will start, as described in the initial notice. Chesterfield County regrets any confusion this typographical error caused.
