Details for The City of Richmond is in the process of preparing


The City of Richmond is in the process of preparing its 2019-2020 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) and HOPWA CAPER. From July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, $8.7 million dollars was made available to the City by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to implement various housing and community development activities. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds were used throughout the city. Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) funds were used throughout the Richmond MSA. The CAPERs discuss programs progress and outcomes for each of these funding sources. Beginning November 20, 2020, a draft of the CAPER will be online at, or a copy will be made available to the public via email or USPS.
