Trade Adjustment Assistance Petition Approval Notification for Petition #96037 Rolls-Royce Crosspointe LLC., Prince George, Virginia The Virginia Employment Commission (VEC) has been notified that employees of Rolls-Royce Crosspointe LLC, including on-site leased workers from Broadleaf, Prince George, Virginia, have been certified by the U.S. Department of Labor for Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) provided under the Trade Act of 1974, as amended. The U. S. Department of Labor has determined that a shift in production or services like, or directly in competition with, the products or services produced by the company contributed significantly to the decline in sales or production and to the total or partial separation of workers at the company. To be eligible for TAA, you must have been totally or partially separated from the company on or after July 2, 2019 and before April 24, 2023. Certain wage and employment qualifications must also be met in order to be eligible for TAA programs.
