improved real property, with an abbreviated legal description of All that certain parcel of land in the County of Henrico, Virginia, Varina Magisterial District, in the Subdivision known as Robinwood, situated on the Eastern line of Coxson Road South of Williamsburg Road, with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging, known as 5109 Coxson Road, and designated as Lot 5, Block C, on a map entitled "Section A, Robinwood, situated on the South side of Williamsburg Road about 3 miles East of the City of Richmond, VA," dated October 21, 1940, made by William M.
