The undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Amelia County, 16441 Court Street, Amelia, VA 23002 on October 5, 2020, at 10:00 AM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING, LYING AND BEING IN GILES DISTRICT, AMELIA COUNTY, VIRGINIA, CONTAINING 2.000 ACRES AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN PLAT OF SURVEY MADE BY ROY E. EASTER, LAND SURVEYOR, DATED NOVEMBER 9, 1995, A COPY OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 212, PAGE 591, IN THE CLERK`S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF AMELIA COUNTY, VIRGINIA, TO WHICH REFERENCE IS MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY HEREBY CONVEYED. TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FIFTY (50) FEET IN WIDTH, EXTENDING FROM STATE ROUTE NO. 687, IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION ALONG A PRIVATE ROAD FOR A DISTANCE OF 687 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE SUBJECT 2.000 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND, FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS TO SAID 2.000 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND.
