with Gordon Lane (Glenwood Golf Club). The applicant proposes detached
dwellings for sale. The R-5A District allows a maximum gross density of 6
units per acre. The uses will be controlled by zoning ordinance regulations
and proffered conditions. The 2026 Comprehensive Plan recommends

in advance will speak first. The meeting is open to the public. In accordance
with CDC guidelines and statewide measures issued by Gov. Ralph Northam,
individuals who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are not required to
wear face coverings or maintain social distancing. Individuals who are not
fully vaccinated should continue to wear face coverings and maintain physical
distancing of at least 6 feet.
