Short Pump Town Center continues to add stores.
Three new retailers are coming to the mall in western Henrico County in the next few months.
The new retailers are:
The Art of Shaving: a men’s shop for high-end shaving supplies and grooming products.
The store, on the lower level near Dick’s Sporting Goods, will open in August.
The Miami-based chain, a subsidiary of Procter & Gamble Co., has nearly 120 stores. This is the fifth in Virginia and the first in the Richmond area.
LUSH: a shop for handmade cosmetics. The store, on the mall’s upper level near Macy’s, will open next week.
Based in England, the chain has more than 820 stores worldwide, including about 190 in North America. This will be the fourth Virginia store and the first in the Richmond area.

This will be the fifth Sephora location in the Richmond area.
Two other retailers joining the mix are:
Soft Surroundings: a women’s clothing and home décor boutique. The store will be on the lower level near Dick’s Sporting Goods and is opening in August.
The Short Pump location will be the 13th for the St. Louis-based chain and its first in the Richmond area.

Based in Knoxville, Tenn., the chain has 33 stores, mostly in the Southeast, including ones in Charlottesville and Leesburg. This is the chain’s first Richmond-area store.
Short Pump Town Center announced in February that 15 stores were coming, and 11 of those are open — aerie, Athleta, Brothers, Free People, Gymboree, Kate Spade New York, Oakley, Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, True Religion, Vans and Versona Accessories.
Under construction and expected to open in the fall are Madewell, Michael Kors, TUMI and Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant.
Kem Blue, vice president and general manager of Short Pump Town Center, said the mall continues to attract top retailers “as well as new stores … we feel will appeal to our customers.”
The nearly 11-year-old mall is undergoing a makeover scheduled to be complete in November. The changes include new landscaping, a pedestrian bridge over the mall’s courtyard, the addition of canopies on existing bridges, a fireplace, redesigned fountains and an elevator.
Short Pump Town Center, with 1.3 million square feet of retail space on 146 acres, has Nordstrom, Macy’s, Dillard’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods as its anchor tenants.
