First Course:

Bananas Foster Foie Gras with rum beignet

James River Oyster Pan Roast with country ham, spinach, leeks and chardonnay cream on toasted potato bread round

Flatbread with spinach, chicken, garlic sausage, basil and tomatoes and white sauce

Second Course:

Orange Gremolata sea scallop with lime oil, garden potato mashed and Delicata spinach and gala apple saute in Kennesaw grapefruit vinaigrette

Aussie lamb shops marinated in Dijon style mustard, aged balsamic vinegar and rosemary oven roasted with diced potato infused with truffle oil and asparagus frits

Charred maple pork loin with edamame, currants and brussel sprouts, garden potato mash and a Hennessey Black Pepper Sauce
