In a way we have Mr. Trump to thank for all the new freedoms and diversity that America is enjoying.
Americans saw what America would be like under unrepentant republican leadership and gave a hard pass to all the bigotry at the voting booth.
Now, with facilitation by a democratic GA and Governor in VA, human rights and freedoms are attaining new heights.
Tolerance of others' differences is always desirable. Celebrating skin color, sexual preference, and gender ... to the exclusion of others ... is not.

The part about protests that “always ended in flames looting and killing” is just the lie that republicans tell to distract from the fact that Trump’ literal supporters attacked the Capitol building ending in flames looting and killing.
