AMBER LEE HEATH HERNANDEZ

HERNANDEZ, Amber Lee Heath, age 23, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, July 11, 2014. Amber is survived by her husband of one year, Roy Hernandez; parents, Kevin and Anne Heath; sister, Jasmine Heath; grandparents, Carolyn Joyce, Dudley and Peggy Heath; mother-in-law, Miriam Lopez; father-in-law, Florentin Ramos; brothers-in-law, Jay Hernandez and Brandon Hernandez; and sisters-in-law, Jessica Lopez and Anna Hernandez; many aunts, uncles and cousins, who all loved her very much. She is also survived by her beloved fur-babies, Evee, Captain and Aria. She was preceded in death by her beloved granddaddy in 2011, Robert Earl Joyce, who was waiting for her to join him in the ranks of angels. Amber was a 2009 graduate of Monacan High School and a 2013 graduate of Hollins University, with a degree in biology. A memorial service was held 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at Bon Air Christian Church for friends and family. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be given to Bon Air Christian Church, 2071 Buford Rd., Richmond, Va. 23235, for the Amber Hernandez Memorial Fund, which will benefit her favorite place, Craig Springs Church Camp. Gifts may be also be given to Hollins University, 7916 Williamson Rd., Roanoke, Va. 24020, designated for the Amber Heath Scholarship Fund.
