With the current legislature and governor, it would be an absolute scandal if they didn't take this opportunity to make a larger investment in Virginia's children.
As a kid of poor parents, which I didn't know until I was around 12 years of age, and some dude on TV in a store window down town, repeatedly told me and others that we were.
All I can say ..... I never went to bed hungry to the sound of gun shots in my hood on the wrong side of the track, while idiot tore down statues of old dead white men, and we didn't have iphones, TV’s, no one had stepped on the moon yet, and Democrats were not making everyone entitled to stay in power.
I ask you ....... What makes parents today different from the parents of yesterday ..... and the virus has nothing to do with any of it? Period.
What makes it different TP? I grew up in the same way. No one told me I was poor and needed more. Was fed by 2 hard working parents and clothed and sent to school. Different today, lack of accountability of the "parent" and due to individuals poor choices in life an excuse laden road of other's fault.
