Nothing new about sleep cycles

Regarding the recent medical recommendations about school and teenagers’ sleep cycles: Many people were interested to learn this “new” science. I don’t see what all the fuss is about. For many years the start of high schools has been based firmly on the circadian rhythms of teachers and administrators.
