STATESBORO, Ga. - Richmond picked up its first point of the USL League One season Tuesday with a scoreless draw against South Georgia at Elk Russell Park.

Ryley Kraft had a handful of chances to put the Kickers (0-1-1) on the scoreboard but was unable to convert on two free kicks. His best chance came 15 minutes into the second half off a deflected shot, but Tormenta goalkeeper Pablo Jara handled it easily.

Georgia (1-1-3) piled up an 8-2 advantage over Richmond in shots on goal, but Akira Fitzgerald kept the scoresheet clean for the Kickers.

The Kickers return to City Stadium for a three-game homestand, beginning Saturday at 6 p.m. against Fort Lauderdale (0-2-0).
