The 2025 Richmond Christmas Mother Fund completed its season a month ago today. But, within the past two weeks, a number of contributions arrived after having been delayed in the mail. As a result, the fund ends the 2025 season with $399,230.08.
Mary Jane Hogue was the 2025 Richmond Christmas Mother.
The generosity of donors from throughout the Richmond area helps the fund support initiatives across the region to brighten the holiday season for thousands of your neighbors.
The Richmond Times-Dispatch has sponsored the Richmond Christmas Mother program since 1935, some of those years in partnership with the former afternoon newspaper, The Richmond News Leader.
Donations to the Richmond Christmas Mother Fund are fully tax-deductible. The program is a qualified 501©(3) organization. All operational costs are borne by The Times-Dispatch.
