The Richmond Christmas Mother, Mary Jane Hogue, and the Henrico Christmas Mother, Ann McGee, were invited by The Catholic Woman's Club to share the history and the mission of the different Christmas Mother Funds. The women were so excited to learn about the multiple ways to pitch in to help bring comfort and joy in both small and big ways.
Both Christmas Mothers loved sharing the vision of those that started these programs over a half century ago: The Richmond Christmas Mother program in 1935 and The Henrico County Christmas Mother Fund 7 years later.
