The recognition has provided us the opportunity to further celebrate our team and the culture we have created.

We plan to promote our culture throughout the community in hopes that prospective candidates will find it as encouraging as we do.

Our RES team truly embodies what it means to be a team worker. Our employees embrace any new team member with open arms, always ready to lend a hand when needed. 

What are some things you have done internally to communicate about Top Workplaces to encourage participation across the organization? 

The news has been shared with the Richmond office via email and a celebration to commemorate the award has been scheduled. Company-wide, the news has been shared in our monthly newsletter, internal intranet and company website.
