We foster a strong sense of commitment and belonging, encouraging employees to invest in their futures here. Many of our associates have dedicated more than 25 years to the company, which demonstrates the opportunities for advancement and long-term stability. Employees see a clear path for growth and longevity, supported by our tradition of promoting from within and providing resources to help them advance in their careers.
What steps have you taken to promote employee well-being and prevent burnout?
We have developed an official remote work policy, which also allows flexibility when it comes to inclement weather and holidays. The firm closes early every Friday, giving our associates a jumpstart to the weekend. Lastly, the convenience of scheduling a doctor’s appointment with our on-site Health Center either in-person or virtually is one of the greatest ways we promote our employees’ overall well-being.

We are fortunate to have a growing information technology department that is dedicated to improving our systems and technical knowledge as we navigate the advancements of AI.
