How do you feel your workplace culture contributes to your company being named a Top Workplace?
I think one of the primary reasons we were named a Top Workplace is because we have a unique, tight-knit and accepting team. This is a very demanding and tough business, so the support system we’ve built is the beating heart at the center. There is this balance of competitiveness and compassion with a family feel, and I think that is why we have very little turnover.

How do you ensure employees feel heard, valued and supported in their roles while fostering open communication at all levels of the organization?
We have set check-ins every other week with the entire company, weekly meetings within our departments, and individuals meet with their supervisors monthly to provide feedback. This helps us with learning what is working and what is not working and what policies may need to change. The feedback is important to us because our success coincides with how happy our people are in their roles.
What’s so important about having an attractive benefits package?
Compensation and an attractive benefits package go hand-in-hand. We strive to offer a competitive benefits package in order to attract the best candidates and teammates. When we hire someone, we want them to be here for a long time, so a strong benefits package, especially healthcare, is important.
How is your company leveraging emerging technologies such as AI to drive efficiency and innovation while maintaining a strong human-centered workplace culture?
AI is still new in our industry. We’ve used it to create better ads and blog posts, and we’re continuing to explore how to best leverage it. Staying cutting edge is important to us, and AI plays a key role in making our work more efficient, strategic and personalized. It’s not just about using the latest tools; it’s about finding smart ways to better serve our team and, most importantly, our clients.
Why is it important for your organization to have a workforce that reflects a variety of perspectives and backgrounds?
Diversity is incredibly important to us, not just as a value, but as a strategy for growth and excellence. We actively seek out team members of different races, income levels, backgrounds, and areas of town, because that kind of diversity brings a wider range of perspectives to the table. It allows us to better understand and anticipate the unique needs of the many different clients we serve, which in turn makes us more empathetic, adaptable and effective as a real estate team.
